Return and Refund Policy

This is our return and refund policy. Please read our policies below. We strive and want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our services and your purchases.  If there's anything we can do improve your experience, please don't hesitate to contact us  at We are more than happy to accommodate your feedback and concerns.

Return Policy

We will accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, undamaged, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received by the customer.

We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable and beauty items. 

If we ordered and bought some items on your behalf, you (customers) must the return the items in the same conditions as stated above, to the original company or stores which the items were bought from. It is the customers obligation to check the original store's return and refund policies for guidance.


Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect them. We will send you an email to confirm that we've received your item and are processing your request. We'll follow up with you and send another email once the request has been processed to let you know the return was approved or denied.


If the return request was approved, the money will be refunded to you by check, Paypal or Venmo within 30 days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time to process their payments, so it will take a minimum of a few days for the refund to be credited to your account.

IMPORTANT: In some instances that commercial trucks were unable to load or unload, but was properly escorted in and out of the TWIC restricted area, the TWIC escort service is deemed complete. Any contractors or non-TWIC personnel who were also unable to complete their business while escorted, the TWIC escort service is also considered complete. There is NO REFUND for all completed TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credential) escort services. 

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct, if any, necessary costs associated with the return shipping from your refund.


We do not offer any exchanges for any damaged or defective items. Please refer to our refund and return policies when this occurs for your guidance.

Final Sale Items

If the item is marked "final sale", it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
