Deep Water Transport, LLC is based in Stockton, California thereby offering easy access and proximity to the customers it served. The company offers crew transport and escort services to mariners, contractors and other individuals that conducts business in the TWIC restricted areas of the Port. The company also offers vessel chandling to ships moored at the Port of Stockton. It was established to address the need of readily available means of transportation to vessel crewmen who only have few hours of off-time and most can't wait from the transportation services coming from the SF bay area.

The owner of the company has 15 years working experience in the Port of Stockton and over 20 years experience in the law enforcement community. His extensive contacts with different vessel agents and knowledge of the USCG and Port of Stockton security guidelines enabled him to have an inside perspective of the industry.

 

The company provides TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) escort to non-TWIC credentialed individuals including vessel surveyors, cargo owners representatives, truckers and other personnel that needed access to TWIC restricted areas of the Port in compliance with the Maritime Transportation Security Act.
